Organization Buisness Card- Front and Back

Simple, Catchy, Effective

Logo

The Idea was to incorporate the existing name of the organization underneath (babys first home), while highlighting the new name-(Powerhouse)  I also wanted to depict a symbol of a household.  the smoke coming out of the chimney is in the shape of a pregnant woman,  A very subtle detail, but I was pleased with the way it turned out.

Organization Tri-Fold Interior

These are the interior pieces to the handout.  Ideally, the right portion would fold beneath the left.

Organization Tri-Fold outside- Front, Back and Middle Flap

The front says THANK YOU, the back has the quote, and the informational side is the interior flap.

Biography and Self Portrait

Here I am.  Zev O'Brien-Gould.  In this picture I am engaged in a conversation on my Cell Phone.  Interestingly enough, I care naught for my cell phone.  I rather enjoy not having one on me.  I guess I enjoy the freedom.  I like this photo because it remindes me that, I too, get sucked into the need for connection.  We often forget that it is ok to be on our own.
Here I am standing centralized in the photo.  Very clear, and in focus, I am very much the subject of the picture.  The line of my right arm and the line of my left shoulder angle upward towrds my head, bringing the viewers attention to my face.  Over my left shoulder are a series of figures.  They are out of focus, and blend into the background.  Their jackets and hair color are darker, and meld together creating an overall mass to my left.  Balanced on the other side of me is a series of out-of-focus multi-colored blobs.  Although there are several of them, and they create a busier feel than the rest of the image, they equate the opposing side of the background.  As you view this photo, notice how your eyes first recognize me, as a person, with a face, then travel to the right, and see the figures. They then travel to the opposite side to investigate the colors and shapes, and finally, return back to my face.
I wonder what I was talking about as I give what I recognize as, a slight grin!
